We will only work with you if you are an Accredited Investor and you take the time to provide some basic information required for us to evaluate the suitability of the investments and investment strategies we will discuss with you.
- We offer access to Securitized Tenant-in-Common offerings and securities regulations require us to have a substantive relationship with you prior to assisting you with the purchase of a such an investment.
- We establish this relationship with you by having you complete the Client Suitability Form and then discussing it and your specific needs with you in detail.
- Once we receive your Client Suitability Form, and have had a chance to discuss your real estate investment and related financial objectives with you, we will be able to send you investment specific information.
