  • We offer access to Securitized Tenant-in-Common offerings and securities regulations require us to have a substantive relationship with you prior to assisting you with the purchase of a such an investment.

  • We establish this relationship with you by having you complete the Client Suitability Form and then discussing it and your specific needs with you in detail.

  • Once we receive your Client Suitability Form, and have had a chance to discuss your real estate investment and related financial objectives with you, we will be able to send you investment specific information.
